Behind the Scenes (Wrapping Up)

Step 1. Collect Feedback

Both you and your students have invested a lot of time and energy into this project. Don’t lose out on the valuable opportunity to gather constructive feedback from them so that you can edit and reuse your hard work! Design a survey or some other way for participants to let you know which aspects they liked and didn’t like, but don’t just focus on the fun! Be sure to include important logistical questions such as how long the spent, how much difficulty they had finding codes and doing activities, etc.

Step 2. Ask Permission to Share

Again, with all of this investment on your part, you want to be able to show it off as part of your professional portfolio. What better way than to provide examples of student work along with salient quotes! In order to do so, you’ll need students to sign a release form granting you permission. Give them options about opting in/out, as well as about how and how much you share.

Prior Step: Deployment!
