Salut! I’m Trent Hoy, a learning experience designer and former French professor that creates and integrates digital media into unique learning experiences, particularly for language learners and lovers. In class, I regularly enhanced my lessons with video games, mobile apps, and kinesthetic learning. I’ve made animated video lessons, activities featuring virtual reality, and even transformed a unit into an alternate reality game! I may also have a slight addiction to photo-chopping myself into some interesting situations…
I am currently working as a Manager of Learning Experience at Berlitz, where I lead the design and development of global language training products. I may not be actively teaching French, but I’m still creating content that a wide variety of students can enjoy. |
